The Ponies is Mara Poliak, Eddy Levin, Hilary Kennedy and Hana van der Kolk. We collaboratively create performances grounded in dance, improvisation, queerness, physicality, intimacy, sensuality, play, seduction, and entertainment. We often work with props, sound, song, and humor. The Ponies have performed in difference configurations at Shortcake, an Interdependence July 4th party, in Sunny Allis’ exhibition We’re Riding the Same Wave at Springfield College in intimate conversation with Allis’ art, and at Bennington College.
